I have done this---Unscrewed the filter cap and removed the filter,which was clean.
Looked into the filter housing to see if there was anything jamming the pumps impeller,there was nothing and it turned freely.
next I plugged the machine back in and put the machine on SPIN ONLY,and could see the pump running,.

The pump is spinning..what do i do next ?

If your pump is running you must have a blockage in the pipe between the drum and the filter, or the pump and the outlet hose check also for a coin jammed in the pump spouts, or if your drain hose is connected to the sink a blockage at the sink connection, can be grease backed up into the drain hose. I would go for the sink first. Also if machine has an anti syphon box top rear panel could be blocked. Cheers..
