My 5500 base unit answer machine is showing a letter A and will not move of that no combination of pressing buttons seem to fix it , any techi out ther know how to fix it , Thanks
Hi I had same problem with mine even bought a replacement base unit same thing happened replaced power supply and now its working not saying will fix yours but worth a try
