how to stop a flashing shrobe on outside?

can anyone advice how to stop the outside strobe from flashing all the time

We don't know the make or model of your alarm, but usually after an event one enters their pin number to silence the bells then press the reset button to cancel the strobe and reset the system.

Has it got a RESET button ?.
