can I fix the conditioner dispenser in a servis easi logic 1600?

The conditioner doesn't go from its compartment, possibly because the water doesn't appear to be going into the compartment, can I deal with this?

Angela,

Remove drawer from machine and clean out small syohon tube with hot water and a cotton bud. after a while they tend to get clogged up with softener detergent, next time you add the softener dilute it first.
