ford fiesta zetec?

how do I take the head rests off my car seat as I have new car seat covers but do not know how to get head rest off to place cover over seat

To answer this I had to go and try it out on my own Fiesta Zetec.
There is a press-in tab at the base of the headrest stalk nearest the door. Keep it pressed in whilst you Jiggle and see-saw the headrest up. Do not do this with the seat tipped forward as there isn't enough headroom. Eventually it will come out completely.
