How to deal with error code 7 mean on samsung RS21?

I have error code 7 on samsung rs21 frige/freezer which states it is a refrigeration defrost problem.
What does mean and what does it take to fix it, i.e. what kind of things need to be replaced/fixed?

Could be anything best to get a qualified engineer out to look at it than someone trying to guess what it is if you live in the london area give these guys a try www.agsrefrigeration.co.uk they repaired mine.
