My dishwasher has developed a fault of when switching on the power light is on and when pressed the water inlet valve opens and lets water in, at some point the pump starts up and starts pumping out water which continues to flow in. The control panel has no lights on and no buttons make any difference to what is happening, I have fitted a new water inlet valve this makes no difference also have checked the back of the control panel PCB and found no scorch marks. Any definate pointers would be helpful.

in which case the pcb triac to the inlet solenoid has blown.this requires a new control pcb fitting

No water is leaking into base

is water leaking in to the base causing the antiflood switch to come on and drain the water away?.look in the base or lay dishwasher on its back and see if water pours out
