How can i fix a wubbing noise on the front of my vauxhall corsa club 2001?

I have a wubbing noise that sounds like its coming from the front of my vauxhall corsa club 2001.Could this be a bearing problem.I have checked all my brakes front and rear and there not binding.My front left wheel does have a little movement from side to side,a bit more than my right front wheel.Any ideas welcomed,thanks.
