That's an interesting question! Ok there is one remedy, If you go to any good car spares shops like Halfords you can buy a dent puller.
On the end it looks like a rubber sink plunger. It creates a vacuum tight seal and you use say a 13mm spanner to tighten the nut as you tighten the nut it travels down the thread and the sution pulls the dent out. Obviously it depends on how big the dent is. If it is a very tiny dent then this won't work. Hope This Helps
