How can I rest my veritas 8 alarm?

There has been a power cut whilst at work. The key pad will not allow me to reset it and all the keys make a dull ping rather than the high pitched ping when you press them. Also non of the lights on the panel will come on I.e when you set off a sensor or open the front door.

It would be nice to get it working, it's a SA3 six zone if that helps.Thankyou lads.

You don't need the engineers code for a battery replacement volumatic unless it asks for the engineering code to clear the tamper and reset the system.

I'll take a educated guess here and say it needs a new control backup +[BATTERY]-

And that will help why exactly?

Do us all a favour and sod off Volumatic

You need a new battery and the capability of how to fit a new one Ian
