Just some added info that might help. The heater relay continually pulses on and off it does not stay on all the time. You can set the machine to run (on timed dry if you have it , if only sensor dry then put damp towels in or it will not run) then you should be able to hear the heater relay cutting in and out.When faulty sometimes the relay operates but does not make contact, or makes contact but does not release, both probs caused by relay internals melted. If relay sticks on ,the o/heat stat will go out. The fact the heater is new will not cause the stat to go out after all the whole machine was new once and i'm sure it wouldn't have had endless guarantee calls to reset the stat.Cheers
