SA3 six zoned response alarm?

I would be happy to get some helpful advice regarding my alarm please.I have replaced all the batteries including the main unit battery and still it says there's a low battery somewhere.my aim is to fix this fault and use the alarm.what I was wondering is there a set routine of changing the batteries and if so how.GTS there's no need to answer as I know how you feel about my alarm from your last reply.thanks very much.

http://www.responseelectronics.com/manuals/SA3.pdf

The manual shows two 6v backup batteries for the control panel not one as you stated in your other post,

Two batteries plus two pairs of battery leads,

Have you got two fitted????.

Roy didn't you say in your last post the previous owner said it didn't work regardless of you knowing the code?, or did I misinterpret your wording?.

We don't use these ungraded systems we only rip them out to make way for our own systems,

Google for the manual and see what it says in there,it may help you it may not but at least you can then say you understand the wireless response and gave it a go.

And may I say i too share in gts's views on the f'lnd response alarm,it's all rubbish mate and the solar sounder, also rubbish. The solar panel on top of the sounder is supposed to trickle charge it's battery, also rubbish and you'll be lucky that in the event it sounds for more than a few mins before it dies.

Rubbish rubbish and more rubbish.

Rip it all out and fit a good graded system that will keep you your family and your valuables that you've worked hard for safe.

Good luck whatever you decide on and stop jacking other posts, stick to your original post, you can get hold of us all and we read them daily to check if the posts have been updated,

All the best :)
