mondeo 2001 hatch creaking rear suspension?

A creaking noise has appeared from rear near side supsension.When I looked at coil spring there is ahard rubber ring (mounting sticking out from under spring. I assume it has broken and working its way out.
Cannot find them on any spares website.
Any ideas and how easy to replace.
