Indesit Washer/Drier 966W instruction book/spinner info needed?

Hi Brian, Tina or anyone else - can you help with a booklet or help with advice on why the spinner isn't turning and the clothes are wet? If it's the filter bit at the bottom I remember it was quite tricky to do this 6 years ago and that was with the booklet!
