nav stopped working. Red rror message says CD/DVD unreadable. Hit return and message says In Blue installing cd...

Then the Red error message appears again. Whole system only 3 years old, no scratches on cd. I set engineering mode and all info is there and navigation is working, I just cant get the maps and voice mode back.
