computor showed forth injector knock i had the injector tested and it was fine drip test fine had a new knock sensor and had the wire tested that goes to the injector that was ok ,when i start the car in the morning it smokes quite badley clears in miniutes and it lacks power ,the glow plug lite flashes all the time please help

your glow plug light suggests you still have faults stored and would think about getting it onto Ford IDS for an in depth look and solution for your problem.
