How can I tell if I need to replace the hinges or hinge runners to make oven door seal properly.

Door should have definite spring loaded shutting action , if you push door tightly shut and it opens a bit when you let go new hinges are required. Always change the hinge sockets in the oven frame as well as the hinges Neff have modified them. Cheers
