Iveco cargo k plate air loss?

When you start up the tanks build up air sufficiently to release brakes and work fine but gauge goes up into the red but tanks are constantly releasing air. If you switch off engine the air is releasing its self very quickly ! Help please !!!

sounds like unloader valve stuck and the safety valve is releasing excess pressure!
