opel corsa 1.3 2009 model?

please assist..when i put gear in reverse,it makes a continuous 'grr sound' although clutch is completely in,especially when car has been in parking ..gears appear to be very tight or stiff

have had one with tight gears and lubricated linkage just under the gear lever,does it go into gear ok with engine off,if so you may have clutch clearance problems.If it is rumbling on tick over with foot off clutch then suspect dual mass flywheel.
