If, after consulting the product's owners’ manual, you still need operational assistance you can contact our product support team by logging your enquiry through your My Roland account. Your enquiry will be logged and placed in a queue where we aim to respond to your enquiry within one working day.
Product Support is available Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm.
