how to get cigarette lighter working 06 fiesta zetec s 1.6?

I have checked all the wires leading to the cigarette lighter all plugged in fine bought a 15a fuse to put in the fuse box but seems to.be a blank.space any ideas on.ways round this or any help would be great

some motors use the reverse lights and cig.lighter fuse together,maybe worth a look.
