Fabric conditioner doesnt go into my machine?

I have a BEKO washing machine and the dispenser draw is fiiling up with water and the conditioner isnt going into the machine, so my washing isnt smelling nice. please help?

got the same prob i have scrubbed out the drawer and insides but cant see these jet holes CK is talking about

take the draw out and look at the jet holes above the conditioner compartment draw.Are they full of black gunk?.Also take draw out and remove the blue bit in there and wash all the tubes out
