how to rectify fault on ariston awd 1200 washer/dryer?

Drum will not rotate. Machine fills, advances and empties but will not wash or spin. Belt ok, cleaned brushes.

I think longer than 10mm,there seems to be power to the motor, but dont think there is a neutral.Does the neutral pass through a sensor/switch before reaching the motor?

how long where carbon bits on motor brushes.10mm or less is worn out and needs replacing
