No entry time?

I have replaced my old accenta for a scantronic but the alarm activates as soon as my entry exit door is opened.We cannot figure out why,the timer in programming is set at default so don't know why.anyone got any suggestions please.

a man of taste,but,you have not prog it prop,do u have a pir in hall near panel is it on zone 2?prog the panel again and chreck the door contact
