Scania 4 Series !! speedo not working on tacho head?

Scania 4 series!! stoneridge tachograph!! speedo not working it's stuck on the max position have tried taking fuse out then back in no joy! How do i fix it? Can u reset it?

analogue cassette ,digital ,or dial ??? though to honest most tacho faults do require it go to a tacho centre as generally seals will be removed
