My Bosch WFG2020 isn't washing the clothes - the drum doesn't appear to be turning - it will do a spin/drain etc., and is taking in water and the tablets in the drawer are dissolving but the clothes are coming out unwashed and waterlogged - any help/suggestions would be very much appreciated.

it sounds like your motor brushes are gone. local repair person should charge 40-50 quid but main bosch agent will be a lot more expensive.
