The intermittent setting on my windscreen wipers won't work at all but all other settings work, even the back 1. Which relay could be faulty as I want to check that before paying out for any parts?

Also the front windscreen washer won't work, the pump isnt working at all. I have changed the fuse but still the same, there's plenty of fluid in the car and from what I can see no leaks anywhere.

Would really appreciate some advice on both problems.
