putting pressure in system?

I have a biasi m96.28sm/c boiler and need to [put pressure back in the system to bleed the radiators can you tell me how to do this please

It's done by filling loop silver like flexible pipe connected from cold main pipe going to flow pipe heating just under boiler ,you have to open two ball fix valves some have only one open it you will notice water push in fill to 1.2bar
