Hi I repair roll laminators for a living around the pittsburgh area as a indenpendent service company. You said red rollers, so its likely a GBC?
Which model machine do you have?
If its a 4250 the red rubber rollers arent driven, neith are the 425 although they have a knob the operator can turn to move the red rollers. The 4250 must be turned by hand to load the film into the pull rollers.
The ultimate 65 rollers are driven, most often when they fail to turn the allen screws in the sprockets have come loose....
