can anyone tell me if there's a circuit breaker in a peugeot artner i have three fuses with no current which might be the cause of my wipers and dimms not working also dash light goes off after a few min thanks john

Circuit breakers and fuses do the same job - protect wiring from current overload.

You are very probably looking at a relay problem - several circuits in a car are only active when the ignition switch is turned on - the ignition switch "calls" a relay to make the circuits live.

Otherwise there would be lots of wires & current through the ignition switch.
