I have an 08 ford focus, bought new with 2 keys supplied, 1 standard key no fob and 1 remote key. the remote key works when buttons on fob are pressed, locks/unlock and alarms, but the manual key on both will not lock or open the doors, need a fix please, or an answer to the problem, many thanks

If this was brought brand new from the dealers then it sounds like the wrong door locks have been fitted or the ignition barrel has been changed. Take it back to were you bought it and get them to sort it
