I have recently changed the code for the alarm and did so successfully following the instruction manual, however, I cannot get the alarm to set - it alarms out as soon as I leave the premises. Can anyone offer advice?
i would take an educated guess e manno,that the panel has reverted back to factory defaults,(battery) ?
and the person has changed the default code to hers/his/but the panel needs reprogrammed ,just a guess :-)

Have you been playing around in programming by any chance?,
You need to tell us more other than you changed the code and now it won't set.
Also 9427 is the keypad model and not the panel as you have posted above.
