peugeot 807 2.0 hdi?

My peugeot 807 2.0 hdi 2003 is a really bad starter,A tiny bid of easy start and it starts instantly,Heater plugs work,Will run for hours with no problems,turn it off and it will start but not after about an hour,
Anyone any ideas?
