service look up the pdf for toilets and down load it one pdf covers all models.
pump could be stuck fuse in outside cassette locker blown flush tube if your pump works could have come adrift. been there done that had it all now have to manual flush one.

fuse blown or pump seized or both.assuming you have 12v supplt to it?.goe on the thetford website for exploded diagrams for where parts are situated
