bulb and light doesnt come on?

Timer seems to work but power light and heating element not working at all only had around 7months its cookshop 11 litre haolgen oven

plug it in to a know good socket outlet.replace fuse with same rated one.Not from an old plug kicking about in a draw!
you are putting the handle down to start cooking???
if so find receipt and take it back for a replacement
