How to take away the cutter jam error on a ER-5200M Samsung Cash register? ?

I tried to program the automatic cutter and got stock on that ERROR message and I don't know what to do. Please help, I need it ready for Tomorrow!

If your printer cutter is defective, get into programming and turn auto cutter to 'off' and just tear your paper. There is a manual cutter on the printer that will allow you to pull the paper and cut the paper. Auto paper cutters sooner or later cause some people problems.

Make sure the cutter is not jammed, then perform the initial clear in the book. Make sure it is the initial clear, not a full memory (RAM) clear
