yamaha 700 mag compression issues?

need advice on how to set compression, have 1 at 120 2 is 60 3 is 65 to 70 and 4 is bad....bike wont start need helppppppp

sounds like worn rings or cylinders causing compression to be lost back into engine.check cylinder head bolts are torqued down properly.
