Hi there I had to turn the power off and when it came back on the alarm does not work. The power light is on in red as is the attack and tamper light. When I push any of the buttons nothing happens and there is no sound. I have replaced the battery however no luck. I do not have the manual so if any one has one greatly appreciated. Any thoughts?

It's rubbish tat just like the XM that revert when all power is lost and it's likely it's now in tamper lockout because you've punched in random codes including your own user code that the pile of tat no longer recognises.

Power the Alarm down completely So basically trip the alarm So there's no mains supply running to it take the battery out So it's completely dead, re attach the battery (alarm will sound), enter your code, put the lid back on, Turn the mains back on, press reset then the day light should be back on
