I have radio controlled ladies analogue watch and it stopped?

A jeweller put in the correct battery for me and got it going but not the right time! I gave him the manual to follow but that didn't help him so I have it at home. I am 85 but not stupid (but of course it is quite complicated to fix) however I love this watch so much and I have it lying on the windowsill facing Cumbria, U.K. where it is "connected" to but how can I get the right time. I managed to get the 3 fingers on12 but they still give the wrong time. The manual came with the watch and it ws perfect, the firm was Crane & Viceroy, CM23 3HG I have a scribbled address Bishop Stortford, CM23 2JU. Is it at all possible PLEASE to help me have my gorgeous watch at the correct time. I have tried so hard, is there an easier way. As it had a new battery I followed the instructions for that.

good evening mam,the way the watch works is it picks up the radio signal from Greenwich, when you replace the battery, after a minute or so it should automaticly go to the right time,if it does not, then the watch movement is faulty get the new battery tested
