water in refrigerator?

Water is coming out from the unit behind the bottom drawer. The unit looks like a filter or vent. How do we stop the water from coming on the bottom of the fridgerater and why does it do that? It

They defrost automatically every now and again.

Little beads of ice are melted and the resulting water runs down the back of the fridge on the inside and out through a hole - your hole is blocked and needs to be cleaned out with something flexible like a piece of wire.

You can often see gutters for the drain meeting where the hole is.

The water you see at the bottom comes from up above.
