Hi
When I start my tumble dryer it works fine for 2-3 min then it indicate that the water tank is full but is not,I have talk to a person that told me that I should try to clean the pump in the bottom but where does that pump sitting,is it the back?,how can I reach it? and what do have to take away?

as you dont indicate the make or model you will find it where the hose/pipes come from to the water tank, lift it out and clean the sludge
