There's a drain hole to let the defrost water out - half way up on the back wall - yours is blocked. The hole is very probably on the Right Hand Side - poke it clear with a piece of wire.
The water is running downwards and collecting at the bottom - the Crisper is totally innocent - the fridge is in need of user maintenance.
