i have tried the 5 second procedure but it still dosen't work there are 3 led's when you hold the reset for 5 sec's the green led lights up solid when depressed then flashes rapid for 10 sec's then go's out but the remote still wont work any thoughts

10 Operators remote? oops slipped that one in.

Try disconnecting battery main power to the control box in otherwords take leads off the powering battery if mover, then wait 5mins re-connect then try remote. if not remove remote batteries for 5mins put them back then try, all failing, contact the manufacturer.
