Beko wm 6355w not draining?

Just moved house and since we reinstalled our washing machine it no longer drains. We've checked all the hoses and they all seem fine. Machine washes ok, just doest drain and therefore doesn't spin.

did you connect it under the sink?.If so did you remove the blanking cap before connecting the drain hose to it??
