I have experienced this problem so many others appear to have had too. I have a 2007 megane dynamique, which I have had from new. last week my driver window deadlocked in the open position and the passenger window deadlocked in the closed position. Cost me £100 for a garage to secure the open window and told replacement motors likely need to be replaced.This fault appears to common amongst so many owners and I wonder if anyone has been successful in challenging Renault to sort the problem or progress any recall actions. I have been told wil cost £278 per window to fix ??

they know of the problem rachel but they do nothing about it,water gets into the motor bestb thing you can do is get rid of the french trash,buy a decent car my sis had same prob twice french cars are rubbish
