Clothes aren't drying & don't even seem to be rinsing adequately at times. Have had this problem before & am sure engineer showed me a filter INSIDE back of machine that needs cleaning out occasionally (I DO clean the front one - this isn't the problem). at initial look can't see where this is ... can anybody give me advice?
