have a 750 new plugs. fuel is getting into engine.new battery.engine turns over sound.tried bradex easy start still wont fire up. coils should be .63ohm but read .85ohm and have a weak spark.engine tries to fire but coughs and back fires.before spending £150 on coils anyone know of any other cause of a poor spark?bike only done 5000mls.
cheers for reply perry, have tried a set of good coils on bike made no difference,good point about igniter.am going over every inch of the beast.

Hi, the igniter box can go on early Hinkley Triumphs but my mate had a similar problem, he cleaned the contacts in all the connector blocks, one or two were corroded, starts and runs fine.
