My oven on the fan setting is not heating up but it seem to be working on all other setting

fan element failed?.there is a different element usually for the fan settings in a lot of ovens hence other settings work.test the fan element with a multimeter.very often found in the back of the main oven cavity around the outside of the fan you see rotating in the back
