My coolzone fridge freezer stopped cooling after I switched it off?

After moving it around in kitchen and unplugging it my coolzone under counter fridge freezer is not freezing or cooling but the elements at the back are hot

if the compressor is running and hot at the back the it might be a blockage or gassing issue.all very costly to repair
