how to test heater in BEKO DE 2541 F dishwasher?

Hi, I have BEKO DE 2541 F dishwasher and it does not function properly, it will go thru its normal cycle but the dishes come out wet, so it would appear that the heater is faulty, how can I test it please.

multimeter across the element terminals.usually around 29ohms if good.if open circuit you have a faulty element.easy to diagnose and test
